These Terms govern access to and use of the Local Deals Content Network application operated by Local Deals Inc. By authorizing or using the application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose
The application helps prepare, schedule, publish, and measure authorized digital content on connected platforms. It is intended for Local Deals Inc. and account owners who have expressly authorized access.
2. Account authorization
You must own or be authorized to manage every account connected to the application. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform credentials and for revoking access when it is no longer required.
3. Content rights and platform rules
You may use the application only with content you own or are permitted to use. Content and publishing activity must comply with applicable laws, campaign requirements, and the rules of each connected platform. The application may pause distribution where rights, eligibility, or platform status cannot be verified.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the application to infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, distribute unlawful or deceptive material, manipulate engagement, evade platform safeguards, or gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
5. Availability and changes
The application is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change or be suspended to protect security, comply with platform requirements, or improve reliability. No specific reach, views, approval, revenue, or payout is guaranteed.
6. Third-party platforms
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using this application, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Connected services such as TikTok operate under their own terms and policies. Local Deals Inc. is not responsible for a third-party platform’s availability, moderation decisions, analytics, payment decisions, or account actions.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect accounts or data, comply with law or platform policy, or address misuse. You may revoke a connected platform authorization through that platform’s settings.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or commercial results. Local Deals Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from platform outages, account restrictions, content rejection, or lost revenue.
